We are forming a leadership slate.
The People’s Coalition is a group and PAC currently focused on securing leadership positions within the Michigan Democratic Party (MDP) for people who share our values and are aligned with our mission: Democracy in Action. Every voice will be heard and every community will have a seat at the table. The strength of the Democratic Party lies in our diversity and our shared commitment to progress.
Our coalition is a multi-faith, multi-racial group of people from across MI, committed to achieving change within the MDP and ultimately benefiting our communities, through elected leadership, engagement and participation. The People’s Coalition has had recent wins, electing over 20 pro-justice, pro-humanity leaders at the Washtenaw and Ingham County Dems level, and we’re just getting started!
