The People’s Coalition hosted a candidate forum for the Democratic Michigan Attorney General Candidates and asked important questions, from fighting fascism, to protecting free speech, to addressing criminal justice reform and protecting our marginalized communities. We believe it is critical that our current and future electeds address the needs of marginalized people and groups, especially being impacted by state and federal action. We heard from all three candidates; Eli Savit, Karen McDonald and Mark Totten. A special thank you to all these candidates that made the time to be part of this forum and answered these tough but important questions.
